Always get what we order hot and fresh. This one of the greatest places to get fast tacos and burritos in this small town.
The sizes and proportions of the food are good.

Really nice visit. Was in the area for work...Drive thru was empty and I got my order hot and fast. The small talk with the cashier was pleasant. If in the area again I definitely will swing by. I had napkins and sauce in my sack and I can't complain about this visit. My order accurate and was well worth the price. I would love to commend the staff on a job well done. Thank you Taco Mayo for helping out my hunger needs.
FYI loco potatoes hit the spot!!!!!

I don't know that Taco Mayo needs a Yelp review because if your there you're going to eat and if you're eating here you probably already ready know what you're getting into.
My wife and I always stop here on our way to Dallas. She has a thing for Taco Mayo and there are not a lot of them around anymore. To our detriment.
Some people don't like cheap Mexican food. Not cheap as in price just cheap tasting is a better way to put it and that is not a bad thing. Me however, when I'm in the mood for cheap Mexican food Taco Mayo is top notch.
Oddly enough a lot of the food they have is prepared fresh daily and is really good.
Grilled chicken burrito is the way to go. A couple crispy tacos on the side and Voila you're good to go. -

It's pretty much what you'd expect from a fast food Tex-Mex joint so make sure your expectations aren't too high. Everything is poured out of a package and it tastes like it is, right down to the refried beans that look as if they came out of the south end of a northbound mule.
It isn't something you'd go out of your way to have but when your choices are between this, McDonald's or a hole-in-the-wall Chinese buffet that makes you question whether or not you're eating someone's pet, this tends to be the lesser of evils.
What can I say? It will stave off your hunger and the quality of the food will make it easier for you to have bowel movements.
